"I just thought it would be a simple housewife's life. I got married thinking of that, but I found that life in quarantine 12 years later. '

This is to say of the well-known Pakistani actress Hira Mani who is very popular in Karachi nowadays for helping the people affected by the lockdown.

When the lockdown began in March due to the rapid spread of the corona virus around the world, Hira was in the United States, where in a video posted, she mocked Americans by calling them cowards rather than Pakistanis.

In an interview with  Hira admitted that the phrase he used for Americans was not correct.

"I said something I shouldn't have said. It wasn't too much of a lockdown at the time, it was new to me. "

He said that in that video, his praise of Pakistanis was ignored.
"We, the Pakistani nation, are a little fearless. When we learned that a tsunami was coming, everyone arrived at Sea View. We also saw the 1965 war standing on the roofs.

"I remember when the quake hit I was in the apartment and we all went downstairs and were laughing."

He further said that there was a time when there were strikes in Karachi and everything was closed, firing from here to firing from there. So we are a very courageous people and I think our courage will be rewarded all over the world.

On their return from the United States, Hira and Mani joined forces to help the poor trapped in the lockdown and began distributing rations.

Hira said that he and Mani had been raising money to buy a car for a long time.

"We were talking at the time that this time we have to book one or the other 'fortune teller'. But then it happened that when I came back from the United States and such a situation happened, I told Mani that now let's get the money out of it. Let's do something man. Let's try this too. "
The couple had just started distributing charity when the criticism started again on social media.

This time, pictures of Hira and Mani circulating with ration bags made for charity kept circulating and it was said that they did this for cheap fame. At the same time, there was a debate over whether advertising was right or not.

"When I wear nice branded clothes, I travel in a big plane, I go to any amusement park with my children and I take pictures when I win an award," Hira said bluntly. Am
