Coronavirus eradication may never be possible, warns World Health Organization
The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that Code 19 may never expire.
The United Nations has warned that the corona virus is causing a mental health crisis in the world, due to a lack of attention to the treatment of mental illness in many countries.
Michael Ryan, director of the WHO's emergency department, expressed concern about Corona at a virtual press conference in Geneva on Wednesday.
"The virus may become endemic in our community and may never go away," he said.
As of mid-May, about 300,000 people worldwide have died from the Covarna virus, compared to more than 4.3 million.
