How is the Corona Virus Test done, and why is it important?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         ٹیسٹنگ                                                                                                               Governments around the world have reacted in various ways to the corona virus, and the most obvious aspect of this is the method of testing or testing the disease.

So what tests are available and how widely are they being used in different countries?

How Many Types of Corona Virus Tests Are There?
The purpose of the tests used in most UK hospitals is to see if anyone has Cod19.

Swab test is done by taking a sample from the nose or throat. It is then sent to the laboratory to identify the genetic material of the virus.                                                                                                            Another type of test is the antibody test. This test can see if a person has already got the virus.

This second type of force is seen on a device using a drop of blood. It's just like a pregnancy test.                                                                    (TEST REPORT OF BRITISH)

The British government has purchased three and a half million antibody tests, but none of them have been found to be reliable for mass use.

To what extent do these tests produce accurate results?
Diagnostic tests used in hospitals are very reliable.

However, this does not mean that every case of the Corona virus will be possible during these tests. If a patient is at the very beginning of his infection or if his body has a very small number of viruses, such a person's test may also be negative.

And if the virus can't be picked up enough to take a throat sample for a swab test, then the swab test can come in negative.

So far, antibody tests have not been so reliable.

UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock said last week that 15 of the best antibody tests were tested but none of them were good.

Professor John Newton, who oversees the tests in the UK, told the Times newspaper that tests purchased from China were able to detect antibodies in patients who were critically ill with the Corona virus. But patients whose condition was not worse, failed.                   WHY IS TESTING IMPORTENT?
There are two important reasons for testing people. First, to diagnose them individually and secondly to determine the extent to which the virus has spread.

This information can help the Department of Health and Medical staff plan ahead, including how many units of intensive care will be needed.

Testing can also be helpful in decisions about measures such as social distance. For example, if a large number of people have already been infected, there is no special need for lockdown.

And the lack of more extensive testing means that many people, including health workers, can isolate themselves without cause.                                                                                                                                How widely are different countries doing the testing?
South Korea, which has been able to conduct testing on a much wider scale than the UK, has worked very quickly to approve the manufacture of test kits. The move also enabled them to store many kits.

Although South Korea's population is less than the UK's, they have twice the number of laboratories and two and a half times more potential for weekly testing than the UK.

Germany has tested three times more than the UK.

By March 27, Germany had tested 1096 in one million citizens, and by April 1, the UK had managed to test only 348 of every 100,000 population.

This can be compared to 895 per 100,000 population in Italy, 842 in South Korea, 348 in the US and 27 in Japan.                                                                                                                                                           CORONA TEST ALL OVER THE WORLD
